For packages within Melbourne, we use Express to provide door-to-door service. Shipping fees can be estimated before the amount is due and will be charged together with other fees. Packages should arrive at your address within 1-2 days.
For packages to other parts of Australia, We use Australia Post to ship our packages, and shipping fees are paid after delivery. The shipping time for Australia Post depends on your location. Your package may take 7-10 days to arrive at your address, but most packages arrive sooner.
Artificial Tree and Other Artificial Plant Shipping
For packages within Melbourne, we use Express to provide door-to-door service. Shipping fees can be estimated before the amount is due and will be charged together with other fees. Packages should arrive at your address within 1-2 days.
For packages to other parts of Australia, we use Toll to provide door-to-door service. Shipping fees will be charged after being estimated and confirmed by both parties. Packages should arrive at your address within 3-7 days.
Package Tracking
Once the order has been delivered, we will provide a tracking number for you to track your package.
Free In-Store Pickup
Our in-store pickup service is only available at 549 Whitehorse Road, Mitcham VIC 3132. The service time is adjusted synchronously with the working hours and is generally available between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm from Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays).
